The story behind spinefix

Spinefix was designed by John Hickey the founder of True Energy Yoga.  A Combat athlete andcoach who broke his back, required surgery and was told by doctors it would never fully heal. 

At the time he was studying a sport science degree  and delved deeply into spine biomechanics to learn anything he could to heal the injury.  He gained key knowledge which he used to heal his spine return to competition and get stronger than ever. 

 Now he has been helping to use that knowledge to help people from all walks of life recover and prevent when doctors said they couldnt!
